This Student Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Vewd Digital Academy (“Academy”) and the student enrolling in any course, training program, internship, or workshop offered by the Academy.
By enrolling, paying fees, or attending classes, the student agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of course fees and completion of the admission process. The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any admission without assigning a reason.
All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No refunds will be provided for:
Fees must be paid on time as communicated by the Academy.
Any delay or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to classes or course materials.
The Academy reserves the right to modify the course syllabus, duration, batch timings, faculty, training methodology, or mode of delivery (offline/online/hybrid) without prior notice, if required for academic or operational reasons.
Regular attendance is expected from all students.
Students must maintain discipline, respectful behavior, and professional conduct within the Academy premises and during online sessions.
Any misconduct, misuse of resources, or disruptive behavior may lead to termination without refund.
All course materials, videos, assignments, notes, presentations, recordings, and content provided by the Academy are its intellectual property. Students are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, sharing, reselling, or distributing any material without written permission.
The student voluntarily consents to photography, audio recording, and video recording during classes, events, or training sessions. These may be used by the Academy for educational, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. Such content shall remain the property of Vewd Digital Academy and cannot be deleted or withdrawn once recorded or published, except as required by law.
The Academy does not guarantee placement, job offers, income, freelancing projects, or business success. Outcomes depend on individual effort, performance, and market conditions.
Vewd Digital Academy shall not be responsible for any personal loss, damage, or consequences arising from participation in its programs or reliance on provided training.
The Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for violation of this Agreement, misconduct, or non-compliance with Academy policies, without any refund.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.
By enrolling in any program of Vewd Digital Academy, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Student Agreement.
